Can I track my package? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your LuckeyShoot package all the way to your training ground.
Sizing & Performance
How do I find the right fit for my soccer apparel? An athletic fit is key to maximum agility. We provide a detailed Sizing Guide on every product page, including chest, waist, and height measurements. If you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit for training, we recommend ordering one size up.
How should I wash my moisture-wicking jerseys? To preserve the technical fabric and any printed graphics/numbers, we recommend washing your jerseys inside out in cold water with a gentle detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and tumble dry on low heat or air dry.
Do you supply gear for youth players or teams? Yes! LuckeyShoot offers collections designed for both adult and youth players. For bulk team orders or custom printing inquiries, please reach out directly to our support team via our Contact page.
Returns & Satisfaction
What is your return policy? We want you to love your gear. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and grip socks must remain unopened.
